Barns and Paleontology

Disclaimer: If the relevance of paleontology to this blog post were assigned a numerical value, it’d be 0.
Reclaimer: It doesn’t have anything to do with barns, either.

Instead, it has to do with the words themselves (not the meanings of the words).
The letter B is a good letter to begin a word. So is P. Both of these are what linguists call “stops,” since they stop the flow of sound. B is voiced, P is voiceless.

Thats all for now.

Although, I think I will also share this nonsensical, forced poem that I needed to get out of my system:

I have an alarm clock that looks like a farm;
I have a pink barn made purely of yarn.
An eon of tall letters: O and G —
They never sunbathe, so they’re pale…eon-tall-O-G.
